There are a bunch of different bonuses offered to both new and already depositing customers at CookieCasino. Some general rules apply to all bonuses, though, so it makes sense to keep them in mind.
Firstly the wagering requirements for the bonuses are x40 the bonus, unless stated otherwise. Please still take effort to double-check the rules for every separate promotion, because the rules change quickly.
Secondly, the maximum you can win by wagering a deposit-based bonus is $10,000; all excess funds will be forfeited by the casino.
And thirdly, players from Sweden, Croatia, Serbia, and Finland aren’t eligible for any kind of deposit-based bonuses. Sorry guys, no cookies for you.

A second deposit by a new player can bring them a 50% match up to $150 and 100 free Spins. The first part - 50 Free Spins - will be granted immediately, while the other 50 spins will be granted the next day. The promo code for this offer is SWEET.

Every $15 wagered brings 1 Comp Point; the points can later be exchanged into cash, the exchange rate is 100 Comp Points = $1. The wagering requirements are x3. Please keep in mind that all new rewards unlocked upon achieving a new level in the VIP program are available to the player 24 hours after the event.
There are 8 account levels, each having a delicious name, and the journey of the customer along the VIP promotion path is shown in a beautiful infographic you will definitely enjoy.
CookieCasino’s lobby has 2000+ game titles of different varieties, divided conveniently into categories. There are jackpots, Live Dealer Games, and various classic games. They are provided by several online casino software developing companies, including such giants of the niche as Microgaming, Amatic, EGT, ISoftBet, Authentic Gaming, ELK, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, etc.
Moreover, the casino holds special tournaments for customers on a regular basis. The odds of winning more during the tournaments are definitely higher than when simply playing some games.
There are some limitations, though, as well. Firstly, there is a limited access to games by NetEnt for players from certain countries. This happens because of legal issues, so don;t take it close to the heart. Also, Canadian gamblers are not allowed to play games by NYX. Full list of limitations can be found in the Terms and Conditions document.
There are plenty of banking options for customers of online CookieCasino, but not all methods are available to players from any country, obviously. Unfortunately, Canadian gamblers will see a rather limited amount of options, and what is worse, the withdrawal methods are even fewer.
Banking channels available include Interac, ecoPayz, iDebit, Instadebit, Neosurf, among others.
The minimum deposit is $20, or equivalent. Minimum withdrawal possible is $25, maximum per day is $4,000, per week - $10,000, per month - $40,000.
Before you are able to withdraw, you have to make sure that all wagering requirements are met. Even if you have not claimed any bonus, your initial deposited money has to be wagered at least 3 times.
The default currency of the platform is Euro, which means all currency exchange expenses will be on the player.
Also, the casino states that depending on the banking channel chosen, the waiting time for cashout can be up to 5 business days, so please keep that in mind when you calculate your cashout terms.
CookieCasino online does not have a mobile application yet, but the operator promises that the site runs seamlessly if opened on a mobile device via the browser. Well, it actually does, so you don’t have to worry. The only thing to worry about is your Internet connection, so make sure it is stable and fast enough. If the connection is lost on your side, the operator is not responsible for any losses.
CookieCasino holds a MGA gaming license, one of the most reliable licenses in the web gambling niche. This makes us think that the platform is legal and safe enough for real money play.
Next, complaints that may arrive are managed by ThePOGG, an independent third party that will handle all issues in a public and open manner. This adds another layer of reliability to the site.
If you want to contact the Customer Support, they don’t have a phone number, but you can use Live Chat, or email [email protected].
