What Are Free Spins Bonuses?

Free Spins Casino Bonuses — Browse among the best free spins casino bonuses in Canada

Free spins are basically free rounds on a slot game that give the player potentially more chances to win. Free spins casino 2026 can be an in-game feature, and they are also often included in online casino promotions or offered as a separate bonus.

No deposit free spins offers take this bonus even further, because the player doesn’t have to risk their own money when playing slots. At the same time, whatever they win in the game belongs to them.

How We Choose Free Spins Casino Bonuses

Choosing no deposit free spins casinos is not a difficult task if you know how to do that. However, before you jump headfirst into the abundances and luxuries of free no-deposit bonuses by various free spins no deposit online casinos, we recommend you pay attention to the free spins no deposit casino itself first.

This should be done because, to get any kind of promotion, whether it requires a deposit or not, you will still need to sign up to get the free spins on sign-up.

Signing up means you will have to provide your real data and some sensitive information to the gambling platform, including your ID and banking information. As you may guess, such data should be protected and safe.

Now, let’s talk about free spins no deposit promotion and what it should be like, to make it worthy of your time:

Wins should be cashable. Free spins are not sticky; that is, the money you win by wagering them can be withdrawn.
The playthrough should be as low as possible. The wagering requirements for free spins offer are x45 or lower, but not lower than x20 (unrealistic offer) or higher than x50 (rip-off offer).
Basic withdrawal limits. The minimum withdrawal limit is low, while the maximum withdrawal limit is high, $50 or higher.
No extra deposits should be needed. You do not need to make a deposit later, only to withdraw what you have already won.
Free spins bonuses should have clear terms. Terms and conditions applied to the promotion are clearly stated and are easy to find on the site.

Types of Free Spins Bonuses You’ll Find at Casinos

Free spins are a popular bonus, and they can take many different forms - as a signup or reload bonus, deposit casino bonus or free, separate or part of a bigger promotion. Below, you can check out several of the most popular free spins that you are likely to find at online casinos.

No Deposit Free Spins

A free spin no deposit bonus is one of the best bonuses an online casino player in Canada can get. This bonus is perfect for smaller budgets because it does not require initial investments from the player. Casino users can either try the casino out before investing their own funds, to add some extra to their own funds to play a little more at the casino.

However, it is important to remember that, as generous as this bonus is, it comes with some terms and conditions, and quite often with rather strict ones. Therefore, the player has to read all the rules and make sure to stick to those rules. Otherwise, the casino can forfeit the bonus amount and any bonus winnings associated with it.

Free Spins With Bonus Codes

A bonus code, also called a promo code, is a unique combination of characters and letters, or a specific word, that the player has to enter when claiming a promotion, in order to get a very specific promotion associated with this bonus code. Often, no deposit bonus codes Canada are not available everywhere and can only be acquired under specific conditions or provided to specific users.

Online casinos decide what bonus code free spins no deposit promos to offer and how many rounds to grant. For the player, it is important to check for the free spin casino codes for the free spins bonuses they want, and use the free spin bonus codes correctly.

Free Spins As a Part of Welcome Bonuses

A welcome offer is the most typical promotion that online casinos offer, and to make it more attractive to the users, they add some free spins to it. A standard welcome package includes a cash match bonus based on the deposit and some free spins. Sometimes, free spins are only given for the first deposit.

Free spins can also be a separate welcome bonus. Players have to deposit a specific amount of money to be eligible for claiming the bonus. Sometimes, when the amount of free spins is big enough - let’s say, 100 casino bonus free spins - the spins are given out in portions for several days, for example, 20 free spins per day for five days.

Free Spins with Low or No Wagering Required

This is a rare bonus type that is very beneficial for the players. In this scenario, the deposit casino free spins are based on depositing, but the value of the spins cannot be wagered more in the games after the bonus has already been used.

This brings us to the situation when the player is not forced to meet any rollover requirements and spend more money and time trying to comply with the rules. It also means that fewer potential losses are involved.

Moreover, players who use no wagering bonus free spins or bonus spins with low wagering requirements can withdraw their winnings faster.

No Deposit vs Deposit Free Spins: What’s the Difference?

Deposit-based free spins work as any other bonus - the player has to make the eligible investment, claim free spins, use them in real money games, hopefully win some money, and meet the wagering requirements afterwards to be able to withdraw the winnings. The rules may vary, but this is the basic scheme of how these bonuses work.

No deposit free spins are granted to the player not after they deposit, but usually as a reward for some kind of activity, like account registration or something else. The player can start using this free casino bonus immediately after it arrives, but the wagering requirements, max bet limits, max win caps, and other rules still apply.

So, the key difference between the two bonus types is the requirement for a deposit.

Best Slots to Play with Free Spins

Some slots really work better with free spins than others. There are many possible reasons for that - higher RTP rates, lower volatility levels, higher maximum bet limits, or extra in-game features like Tumble, or in game free spins. It is up to online casinos to choose which free spins slots to allow for using the free spins bonuses. However, if the player can choose, they should opt for the most popular slots!

Western Reels Slot

Released in 2020 by Evoplay, Western Reels is one of the stylish free spins slots with a wild west theme. Its 96% RTP rate makes it a nice choice for real money gambling, with or without the bonus. The game has a high volatility level, which means it is more suitable for higher budgets.

20 Super Stars Slot

This slot by Belatra Games has also been on the market for several years. Released in 2020, it is still quite fun to play due to its 1024 paylines. The RTP rate is 95%, making it a well-paying slot in the long term, but the maximum multiplier win is only x300. The volatility level is high.

Wild Cash Slot

Wild Cash is one of those popular slots from BGaming that online casinos love to add for their bonus wagering. The game is bright and entertaining, and is comparatively new, released in 2022. The 96.3% RTP rate is quite promising, and the x1000 maximum multiplier win compensates for the high volatility level.

A Step-By-Step Guide To Understanding Free Spins Bonus

No deposit free spins are attractive for most gamblers because the cost of the bet is covered by the free spins no deposit casino site, while everything the player wins belongs to the player.

However, some beginner gamblers may be intimidated by the no deposit free spins, not being completely sure how it all works, and how to use this bonus. These players can take advantage of the following step-by-step instructions:

Register an account, follow the instructions provided by the free spins casino site, upload the necessary documents, and you are ready to claim the bonus.
If the casino grants free spins no deposit as part of the welcome casino bonus, you will get the spins upon making the necessary deposit to the casino.
Claim the bonus, and wait for the free spins to arrive on your bonus balance.
If you receive free spins no deposit as a deposit-based bonus, do not make any real money bets from your deposited money before the spins arrive on your bonus balance.
Please keep in mind that if the number of free spins given exceeds 10-15, you may receive the bonus spins in portions; for example, 100 free spins no deposit may be given in portions of 20 bonus spins per day, for five days since the moment of bonus activation.
Use the free spins no deposit bonuses only in allowed eligible games; if you violate this rule, the spins and the associated winnings will be forfeited by the casino's support.
Please keep in mind that if you fail to meet the wagering requirements, the remaining spins and all the associated winnings will be removed from the account.
The players may reject the bonus spins before they meet the wagering requirements; in this case, the remaining spins and all the money won by using the previously available no deposit free spins will be forfeited.
Some casinos allow additional deposits in order to meet the wagering requirements applied to the free spins no deposit.
If the player tries to request a withdrawal before the wagering free spins requirements are met, the spins and winnings will be removed from the account.

Only if the player manages to meet the playthrough requirements will they be able to withdraw the winnings received by using the free spins Canada. It is important to keep in mind that there is a maximum win limit in the majority of cases.

Free Spins Terms And Conditions

Free spins Canada terms and conditions are obligatory to read if the gambler wants to claim the free spins no deposit bonus, whether it is a sign-up bonus, a welcome package, or a reload type of bonus. T&C for free casino spins can be found on the page describing the bonus, on the general promotions page, or in the general T&C document every free spins no deposit casino site has.

The T&Cs provide all the details and rules applied to the bonus, including minimum and maximum deposit and winnings limits, the value of spins, bet sizes, wagering requirements, bonus validity, and eligibility criteria for the free casino spins bonus. If players from certain countries do not qualify for the free casino spins offer, this information is also included in the T&C.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are usually applied to all free casino spins. Normally, if the casino free spins are part of the welcome bonus, the playthrough for the spins part is smaller than for the cash part of the bonus. In this case, the playthrough for the bonus spins can vary from x10 to x35.

Some casino sites make their casino free spins wagerless, meaning the player will not have to play through the sum of the spins’ value or the sum of money won from the spins. However, in this case, the number of bonus spins is usually smaller. Moreover, wagerless spins are extremely rare and are usually offered only to already depositing customers.

Allowed Games

Only certain games - usually one or two exact game titles, in fact - are allowed for wagering the casino free spins no deposit. The gamblers cannot just choose any game in the lobby, or at least any game of online slots Canada free spins; the free spins no deposit casino tells exactly which games are available to play with the online casino free spins.

This is done partially to simplify the tracking and control over how the customers use the spins, and to prevent fraudulent schemes and rule violations by the customers. On the other hand, this is done to make the gamblers play less paying games, with lower RTP rates, etc.

Playing games other than those eligible games will lead to the bonus and winnings being forfeited by the casino.

Free Spins Daily Limits

If the number of free spins no deposit Canada is more than 10-15 spins, they will most likely be granted in portions, several spins per day, until all the bonus free no deposit spins are used. If the online casino free spins are granted in bulk, the wagering requirements will most likely apply to the whole sum of the spins’ value. If the free spins casino Canada are granted in portions, most probably the player will have to wager the sum of winnings they get each day. The time of the bonus spins being valid may also be different, depending on the approach of the free spins no deposit casino site.

Expiry Time

Like any other bonus, free spins no deposit Canada are not valid forever. As a rule, the whole bulk of spins is valid for three to ten days; separate portions of bonus spins may be valid for one to three days. All the rules about expiry time are stated in the free spins no deposit casino T&C and in the bonus T&C. It is important to be aware of the expiry time, because if the player fails to meet the deadline with the playthrough requirements, the bonus and associated winnings will be removed by the casino.

Your Guide to No Deposit Free Spins Bonuses

Okay, this is how free spins no deposit win real money bonus works. You sign up for a free spins site on the web, and get free spins set as a no deposit, or part of a deposit bonus.

Free spins no deposit Canada are granted in a limited amount, and if the amount is bigger than 20-25 free spins no deposit casino Canada, you are likely to get them in portions. If, for example, the offer is 100 free spins, you are likely to get 20 free spins per day for five consecutive days. The best no deposit bonuses have reasonable time limits. To know for sure, read the rules carefully before claiming the promotion.

Besides the rules of how the free spins are granted, pay attention to how fast they expire. If you are given a chunk of free spins immediately, it may expire in a week altogether. If they are given in portions, each portion may expire in 24 or 48 hours, or so. So, again, read the terms and conditions and keep in mind the deadlines.

Next, in the majority of cases, free spins are given to be wagered only on certain games. Ideally, they will work for all games of slots, but jackpots and progressive jackpots, but this rarely happens. Most often, you will be given a list of games allowed for wagering free spins. If you believe you can ignore this list and make bets on any free slots with bonus and free spins games, you are wrong. In the best-case scenario, you will simply waste your free spins without meeting the wagering requirements and will not be able to withdraw your winnings. In the worst-case scenario, the bonus will be forfeited as soon as customer support finds out you play prohibited games.

Allowed games for free spins contribute to wagering requirements, while other games do not. For example, you cannot play with free spins on Roulette (unless stated otherwise), despite the fact that online roulette also, you know, spins. If you happen to waste your free spins on games that do not count for wagering requirements, you will need to deposit your own money this time, to meet the wagering requirements eventually, and be able to withdraw your winnings, if any.

The wagering requirements indicate the number of times the sum of the bonus should be wagered before you are allowed to withdraw what you won. This is done to prevent the customers from making a spin or two, winning more than the spin was worth, and immediately cashing it out. While this may seem unfair for the player, this is how the casinos secure themselves from bankruptcy.

So, if your free spins are worth $10, and the wagering requirements applied are x20, you will have to wager $200 in sum, to be allowed by the system to order a withdrawal. If you order a withdrawal before meeting the playthrough requirements, most casinos will enable you to do so, but will remove the rest of the bonus from your balance. Other casinos will immediately void both the bonus and your winnings. Pay attention to the rules!

How to Claim and Use Free Spins Bonuses

If you decide to register an account to take advantage of free spins, this is how you do it. Go and sign up for the site. Provide your real data, like first and last name, email, phone number, address, etc. You will have to confirm the registration by phone or by email in order to be able to use the account. We warn you that you should provide real data if you want to be able to withdraw any real cash from the site later. Your account and your ID will have to be verified, and only after that, the operator will allow withdrawal. If they find out you provide fake data, the account will immediately be blocked, and all balances will be voided.

After your account at the free spins casino no deposit is confirmed, you have to claim the online casino Canada free spins bonus. In rare cases, the free spins online casino bonuses are granted automatically. You will need to contact customer support or press the corresponding button on your account page to get the promotion; sometimes, you will also have to provide a promo bonus code. This is done to enable the customers who do not want any bonus to avoid getting one.

So, before you claim the promotion, read the rules carefully and evaluate whether you are okay with the rules. Then claim it, and check whether you get what you want. If the bonus is not granted, or some other bonus is granted instead of free spins, do not start playing and making bets. Contact customer support first, and ask them to remove the promo, or you will have to meet the wagering requirements for the bonus you did not want.

As soon as you get your free spins, go and choose a game from the list of allowed games for wagering. Check the minimum and maximum bets, and play real money games to win!

Advantages of Free Spins No Deposit Bonuses

If you are lucky enough to get some free spins as a no deposit promotion, congrats! This is a very advantageous deal, and you should try and use it to your benefit. Both free cash and free spins bonus are better without depositing!

The advantages you get are plenty:

You do not need to deposit any money, as you become eligible for the bonus by simply signing up.
You can use the bonus immediately, without learning the rules of complicated games of skill, because free spins only work for slots, which are games of chance.
The betting and gaming process is simple and relaxing, and knowing you do not risk your own cash makes it even better.
You can choose auto mode, and the game will spin automatically until all spins are used.
You are likely to win real money enough to meet the playthrough requirements without the need to add your own cash to be allowed to withdraw.
You can actually withdraw real money won at a free spins no deposit mobile casino, without risking your own finances. This is literally free cash on your balance!

The Downsides of No Deposit Free Spins Bonuses

While free spins as no deposit promotion have more advantages than drawbacks, certain pitfalls still exist, and these can spoil your user experience.

As we have already mentioned, you have to make sure that the gambling casino online free spins of your choice are decent, proper, and reliable.

Next, read all terms and conditions, and especially those applied to the promotions, to be aware of the rules. Read the fine print as well. At some sites, you will find the most interesting (and rip-off!) things in fine print at the end of the page.

If you have chosen wisely, no deposit online casino Canada free spins will unlikely bring you any problems. Yet, forewarned is forearmed.

Make sure the promo is not sticky. If you learn that the bonus is “for playing purposes only”, and everything you win stays on the bonus balance, and can never be cashed out, avoid such promotions.

If you play with free spins, there are some limitations you will encounter. Besides being unable to play any game you like in the slots category, you will not be able to play other casino games, like live dealer casinos, or table games, before you finish with the bonus attached to your balance. Among slots games, jackpots and especially progressive jackpots will not be available for you to play with free spins.

Also, betting with Canadian online casino free spins does not enable the customer to accumulate comp points in the loyalty program of the site (unless stated otherwise). These are the main drawbacks of free spins no deposit bonus required.

Top Free Spin Deals You Can Get on Mobile Casinos

Mobile casinos replicate PC versions in terms of bonuses, so players should not be afraid that they are missing out on something. However, in certain aspects, mobile casinos and especially casinos that offer official mobile applications can be even better.

Some casino apps offer exclusive bonuses, like free spins, that are only available in the apps and are tailored to create a more personalized user experience.
