About Lucky Elf Casino
The Canadian market is filled with reliable and generous online casinos. Because of that, we nearly overlooked LuckyElf casino. Owned by Metlait SRL, it holds an Anjouan Gaming License, which is among the least reliable licenses currently available. Even when compared to the ones issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. We weren’t impressed by LuckyElf’s customer support either, as the managers are quite slow to respond. Still, there are several important advantages: a wide selection of slots, low transaction limits, and generous promotions. If you’d like to learn more about this gambling site, read our LuckyElf casino review to the end!
A low-deposit online casino;- More than 2,400 online slots by popular game providers;
- 15-minute cashouts for verified users;
- Over 50 new casino games are added every month;
- Available in Canadian English and French;
- Accepts cryptocurrencies;
- All responsible gambling measures are in place;
An offshore license from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority;- Limiting bonus terms and conditions.
Key Takeaways
I have a mixed impression of Lucky Elf casino. After testing it for a while, I really like how convenient the platform is and the variety of online slots it offers. The bonuses also seem quite generous, although the terms are pretty strict and hard to meet. All of this, together with its offshore license, makes me question how secure and appealing Lucky Elf casino really is.
Once Canadian players complete the LuckyElf login process, they get access to a decent share of first deposit bonuses and ongoing promotions. The list includes:
- A welcome package divided into four deposits;
- Promos for regular players, including cashback and referral program;
- A VIP program, where comp points unlock faster withdrawals, birthday gifts, and other amazing bonuses;
- Daily Lucky Wheel with five daily chances to win up to 200 deposit free spins.
However, after exploring bonus conditions in detail, CasinosHunter experts came to the conclusion that LuckyElf casino bonuses should be claimed with caution.
While wagering requirements and validity are fair, there are several veiled bonus terms that make it almost impossible to withdraw big winnings and meet the playthrough requirement.
If you decide to use LuckyElf’s deposit bonuses and ongoing promotions, consider them a way to entertain yourself, not to win cash prizes.
In this LuckyElf casino review, we provide only general information about available bonuses. If you want to know about each of the offers in detail, we’ve prepared a separate page with LuckyElf bonus codes and promotions. Check it out!
If you prefer online casinos with tens of thousands of games, Lucky Elf may disappoint.
Its lobby is quite average but still includes all the major categories that Canadian users enjoy: slots, instant games, bonus buy, jackpots, Megaways, crypto, live, and table games. You know what you're getting since every title runs on certified random number generators.
New games are added every month.
The list of game providers is also smaller than that of other top-rated platforms, but features popular providers such as Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, 3 Oaks, and Endorphina.
We also like that the lobby is visible before registration, and that most games can be played in demo mode. However, the layout doesn’t look modern or innovative.
Slot Games
Online slots dominate the LuckyElf lobby, offering a massive library of over 2,400 titles. The casino claims that new games are dropped every month, so there’s always something fresh to spin.
If you have a particular slot in mind, use the game search feature. Or surf one of the available categories like Lucky hits, top games, new, bonus buy, or instant play.
In our opinion, the slot section looks a bit messy because there are too many unnecessary categories with duplicated titles. However, over time, you get used to it and pay less attention to this drawback.
LuckyElf Casino Jackpot Games
In addition to traditional slots, LuckyElf casino offers hundreds of jackpot games in a separate category.
The only drawback is that regular and progressive jackpot slots are mixed together, and you can’t filter them by provider or mechanics.
To tickle your nerves, you can choose progressive Mega Moolah slots, with the current jackpot reaching $20,590,455.
WowPot progressive slots like Queen of Alexandria or Poseidon Ancient Fortunes are also a great choice, although the jackpots are significantly lower.
LuckyElf Live Casino Games
LuckyElf casino doesn’t fall short in live games either, offering a more engaging and real-world gambling atmosphere. Here, live dealer tables are divided into game shows, roulette, card games, and fast games.
CasinosHunter experts especially like Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Gates of Olympus Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Top Card.
However, live casino games may seem a bit complex at first. If you are a beginner, choose traditional table games instead. This LuckyElf section also contains all the popular options and is more beginner-friendly.
Crypto Games
The last category we want to discuss is crypto games, which are optimized for wagering with cryptocurrencies. Instead of converting your digital tokens into fiat currencies, these games allow you to use your crypto balance. So convenient!
This LuckyElf section includes online slots, table games, live dealer tables, and instant win titles, which may confuse some Canadian players. It would definitely be much easier to navigate if LuckyElf split everything into subcategories.
We were quite impressed by LuckyElf’s approach to payments. It features all the major options, has generous limits, and fast processing.
Just like many casinos, LuckyElf supports Canadian dollars and cryptocurrencies.
In this section, CasinosHunter experts discuss all the major rules and limitations regarding deposits and withdrawals. However, you should always read the terms and conditions before opening an account and making a deposit, as the rules may change.
Deposit
At LuckyElf casino, players from Canada can find all the major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Interac e Transfer, Neosurf, iDebit, MiFinity, ecoPayz, and Flexepin. It also supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Dogecoin if you prefer crypto.
The minimum deposit is $20, 0.0001 BTC, or the equivalent.
Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by method. For example, $500 for Flexepin and $4,000 for Visa. There are no maximum limits for cryptocurrencies.
All deposits are free of charge and processed instantly. No surprises here.
Withdrawal
Now, let’s discuss withdrawals.
After meeting the wagering requirements and accumulating the required funds, Canadian players can cash out their winnings via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDebit, Interac, MiFinity, EcoPayz, bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies.
The minimum withdrawal is $20, which is rather low and favorable. Maximum withdrawal limits are $3,000 per transaction or its equivalent.
Most withdrawals are free of charge, but bank transfers incur a $16 commission.
Cashing out via digital wallets and crypto is instant, whereas other methods may take up to three business days.
LuckyElf can be considered a mobile casino due to its modern, convenient, and smoothly working Android app. While you won’t find it on the Play Market, the APK version can be downloaded by following the instructions on the official website.
Unfortunately, an iOS app is not yet available.
The instructions for installing the Android or web app on Safari, Windows, Chrome, and Mac can be found in the homepage's side menu.
If you don’t want to install any additional software, you can still play at LuckyElf through the browser. The mobile version works smoothly on all devices and adjusts to your screen size.
However, you should always pay attention to the speed and security of the network you’re connecting to, especially if it’s public Wi-Fi.
We have mixed feelings about LuckyElf casino’s customer support, which is available by live chat and email.
If you have a question, head to the Elf’s helpdesk, which can be found in the side menu or in the footer. There, you can chat with an AI agent, find answers to the most common questions, or reach out to the LuckyElf casino support team.
The casino claims that support agents respond in under a minute. However, during our daytime test, we waited 20 minutes for a reply, and when we contacted support at night, we received no response at all.
Live chat is available only in English, so French-speaking players may be disappointed. LuckyElf casino should at least add an auto-translate feature to simplify communication.
Fortunately, this gaming platform has quite a detailed FAQ section that covers most topics, so you might not need to contact the support team whatsoever.
