About Casino Infinity
CasinoInfinity has a fancy name and a fancy website with animations, so just that you are warned. Launched in 2023, it definitely implemented some newer web design technologies to impress the visitors. However, in this CasinoInfinity review we check if the casino features are impressive, not its looks. CasinoInfinity was launched in 2023 under a Curacao license, and by now, offers 3,000 games and standard bonuses. Want to know if there is anything more than that? Read this review below!
Plenty of various bonuses;- Casino, live casino, sports betting, live betting;
- English and French;
- Official mobile app;
- Accepts cryptocurrencies.
Heavily animated website that can load slowly;- No phone for customer support.
At Casino Infinity Canada, players can find a decent number of bonuses for all types of games and budgets. The list includes:
- Casino Infinity welcome bonus package with free spins, extra money, and bonus crab credits;
- Weekly reload bonuses;
- Daily and weekly cashback;
- A loyalty program with VIP rooms, higher withdrawal limits, and other perks.
In addition to traditional promotions, Infinity Casino features challenges, tournaments, and dedicated bonuses for sports bettors. There’s also a shop, where Canadians can buy bonus money, free spins, and bonus crab credits.
When reviewing promo lineups, CasinosHunter always checks how transparent the bonus terms are. We are happy to say that Casino Infinity’s bonus rules are clearly written and fair. You can find the requirements under each deposit bonus or in the footer.
Modern online casinos feature thousands of games, so it is difficult to impress players (and reviewers) with a big lobby. However, Casino Infinity succeeded.
It currently offers over 11,500 online casino games, and the lobby is constantly growing.
Casino Infinity games are divided into such categories as top, new, popular, exclusive, bonus buy, Megaways, live games, instant games, slots, table games, and jackpots.
Many slot games can be played in a demo mode, so you don’t have to spend anything.
Such a huge game selection became possible due to more than 100 game providers, including Tom Horn Gaming, ELA Games, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ruby Play. To find a specific provider faster, you can sort the list by name or number of games.
In the sections below, let’s take a look at the biggest and most popular categories of the game lobby.
Casino Infinity Slots
As expected, slots make up the largest part of Casino Infinity’s lobby. At the moment, there are almost 10,000 slots with numerous betting options and themes.
The only inconvenience is that these games are divided only into a few categories, like bonus buy or Megaways. You can also find a particular game or category through the search bar at the top of the homepage.
After reviewing this section, CasinosHunter experts especially recommend such popular slot titles as Wanted Outlaws, Gemhalla Xtreme, The Auction House, and Majestic Drums.
Still, you shouldn’t stop your search on a few titles because most online slots in the lobby are worth trying thanks to modern technologies, decent payout percentages, and diverse minimum/maximum bets.
Casino Infinity Jackpot Games
In addition to traditional online slots, Casino Infinity features a dedicated jackpot section with 1,000 titles.
Like many online casinos, it doesn’t separate fixed jackpots from progressive ones. However, progressive jackpot games are easy to spot, as they display a live jackpot counter that continuously grows.
If you prefer a more predictable and relaxed gaming experience, fixed jackpot slots are the better choice. These games play like regular slots but offer higher maximum payouts.
Progressive jackpots are harder to trigger, but the prizes may reach thousands or even millions of dollars! The most popular progressive slots at Casino Infinity are Diamonds: Hold & Win, The Winnings of Oz, Super Cash Boost: Hold & Win, and Leprechaun’s Luck.
No matter what game you choose, never chase winnings and consider it a fun pastime, not a source of extra money.
Casino Infinity Live Dealer Games
While online slots are fun, simple, and fast-paced, they might not give Canadians the feel and atmosphere of an actual casino.
If that's the experience you're looking for, live dealer casino games are a perfect choice.
Casino Infinity features nearly 500 live dealer table games and game shows. The dealers explain the rules, speak multiple languages, and guide each session, making it easy for both new and experienced players to follow the action.
Here are only some of the live casino games you’ll see in the section: Gold Saloon Roulette, 25x Candy Wheel, Speed Baccarat, Casino Hold’em, Sic Bo, and Blackjack Amsterdam.
Casino Infinity offers diversity not only when it comes to casino games, but also to payment methods.
Here, you can choose from tens of familiar banking options, fiat and crypto ones.
A great advantage is that Casino Infinity accepts Canadian dollars, and all the bets and bonuses on the website are displayed in CAD if you choose it as your preferred currency during registration.
In the sections below, we’ll walk you through supported payment providers, transaction limits, and processing times.
Deposits
To claim bonuses and play real money casino games, Canadians should first make a deposit.
The process is straightforward, and most deposits are instant.
When it comes to fiat methods, you can fund your account with Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Neosurf, NTLR, eVoucher, Jetonbank, and MiFinity. Unfortunately, Apple Pay and Google Pay aren’t accepted.
The list of supported cryptocurrencies includes USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, USDC, BNB, DOGE, SOL, and ADA.
All payment methods have a $30 minimum deposit requirement, while no maximum limit is indicated. Players who want to keep spending under control should set limits through their payment provider, as Casino Infinity doesn’t offer responsible gambling measures.
Casino Infinity doesn’t charge any transaction fees.
Withdrawals
After meeting wagering requirements and accumulating enough money in the balance, Canadian players are eligible for withdrawals.
The list of withdrawal methods is slightly smaller compared to deposit options. However, this is common for most online casinos.
You can cash out with Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer, Skrill, Jeton Bank, MiFinity, or cryptocurrencies.
Casino Infinity withdrawal limits depend on the chosen method. For most options, the minimum cashout is $45. Maximum withdrawal limits vary from $750 to $2,300 per day and $10,500 to $30,000 per month based on the chosen method and VIP status.
Transaction fees are absent, but payment processors may charge commissions. Always check the rules before requesting a cashout.
The only disappointment is the Casino Infinity withdrawal time.
While payout speeds are quite standard (24-48 hours for e-wallets, 3-7 days for bank transfers, and so on), it may take Casino Infinity three business days to check and approve the withdrawal request.
At any time, players may have a maximum of three pending withdrawals.
If you prefer playing on the go, this section is worth reading attentively.
The Casino Infinity website is responsive and fast. It automatically adapts to tablets and smartphones, while retaining a rich desktop functionality. While testing the mobile platform, we easily found all game categories, promotions, and the live chat feature.
Games load quickly and look good in both portrait and landscape modes, making it easy to switch between slots and table games.
Unfortunately, a Casino Infinity app that you can download from Google Play or App Store is absent. Luckily, the mobile site delivers the same functionality and works smoothly, so you can get the app-like experience without additional installations.
At CasinosHunter, we firmly believe that professional customer support is an integral part of a positive online gambling experience.
In this regard, online casino Infinity still has room for improvement.
Yes, this casino offers various types of support, from a help centre with answers to the most common questions to 24/7 live chat and email assistance. The managers even speak French.
However, the quality and speed of responses are much to be desired.
We contacted the support team via live chat to ask about the available licenses and clarify which responsible gambling tools are offered.
The assigned manager took a long time to reply and eventually suggested contacting the casino via email, as live chat agents are not authorized to answer such questions. Rather general ones, in our opinion.
