The email test showed that the real team member responded and explained what we wanted to know; the email response arrived within half an hour after our request, which was pretty fast.  

Right now, customer support seems to only be available in English.  

5Bet casino also has a Telegram channel and some social media, which are not efficient for assistance, but players can subscribe and track bonuses and updates.
