What is the Legal Gambling Age in PA

The gambling age in Pennsylvania for making bets on sports is 21 regardless of whether you bet in person or online. There are legal betting apps available to locals, and in general, the online gambling market was launched back in 2019.
Casinos
The legal gambling age in Pennsylvania in terms of casino games is 21. The state has four categories of casinos, each category with a special type of license. Up to 25 licenses to existing venues can be granted at a time. As a result, there are over a dozen full-fledged casino houses and several mini casinos. All these facilities can offer slot machines and table games.

Poker
Some land-based casinos do have poker rooms for real cash games; players must reach the legal age for gambling in Pennsylvania which is 21.
As for online poker, which is also available to individuals who are at least 21 years old, there are some limitations. At the time of writing, online poker is only allowed with players who are also located in the state of Pennsylvania; in other words, players cannot play poker games with whoever is online. However, the new law will most likely allow poker players from Pennsylvania to gamble against poker players located in other states where poker online is legal.
