The main rule for the gambling age in Idaho is 21 years old, but this does not work for sports betting because it is still illegal in the state. In-person betting is impossible and there are no licensed apps or platforms that can accept bets according to the law. Casinos
Commercial casinos are not available in Idaho, only land-based facilities regulated by tribes can be run on the territory of the state. Bingo
Bingo and lottery, raffles, and duck races are allowed in Idaho if conducted by charitable non-profit organizations. Access to games is available to those who are 18 and older.
Horse Racing
Horse racing is allowed in the state and bets can be made by people who are 18 years old or older. The rules about off-track facilities and online bets are unclear on the state level so one should check the state of affairs in their county.
